Alternative pop artist Sizelle has released her debut single, “Unwords,” now available on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and major digital streaming platforms.
Created as an AI-assisted music project directed by Lucian Todea, Sizelle is openly fictional but the emotions at the heart of her music are deeply human. Her debut release explores the emotional territory between two people: everything felt but never spoken, the moments when words fall short, and the relationships shaped as much by silence as by conversation.
Released on April 9, “Unwords” has already surpassed 500,000 combined listens across Spotify and YouTube, reaching listeners in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, and beyond within its first weeks.

“Unwords” is built around the idea of experiences that resist being named. The concept draws inspiration from Romanian poet Nichita Stănescu, one of the country’s most influential twentieth-century poets, who explored the idea of “unwords” as a form of feeling existing somewhere between language and silence.
Sizelle carries that concept into alternative pop, creating a restrained and intimate ballad built around sparse instrumentation, close-mic vocals, and lyrics that deliberately circle around emotions rather than stating them outright.
