Ghanaian singer-songwriter RCee has been appointed an official ambassador for Nima Kings FC, bringing together music, football and Ghanaian cultural heritage through a new partnership aimed at strengthening the club’s visibility and community connections.
The collaboration will see RCee represent and support the football club while using his growing influence in the entertainment industry to promote its identity, ambitions and activities both on and off the pitch.
Recognised as one of Ghana’s emerging musical voices, RCee has built an artistic identity influenced by indigenous Ghanaian sounds and cultural expression. His appointment is expected to see him take part in various club-related activities, including supporting the team at matches and engaging with its growing fan base.
The partnership has already attracted attention following RCee’s appearance in Nima Kings FC’s distinctive Fugu-inspired jersey. The design celebrates Ghanaian heritage through traditional fashion, creating a connection between football, music and contemporary cultural identity.
The collaboration also reflects an alignment between RCee’s artistic interests and the club’s cultural identity, with both looking to celebrate Ghanaian heritage while connecting with younger audiences.
Speaking about his appointment, RCee expressed his excitement about becoming part of the Nima Kings family and supporting the club’s ambitions.
“I have a lot of love for Nima Kings and what the club represents. I’m excited about this partnership, and I’m looking forward to supporting the team, the players and the whole Nima Kings family. I’m hoping this partnership brings more success for the club, both on and off the field,” he shared.
For Nima Kings FC, bringing RCee on board presents an opportunity to extend its reach beyond football through his presence in Ghana’s music and entertainment space. His involvement is expected to contribute to initiatives focused on fan engagement, cultural promotion, and community participation.
For RCee, the ambassadorial role provides another platform to celebrate Ghanaian culture while supporting football and youth development at the grassroots level.
As the partnership unfolds, both RCee and Nima Kings FC will look to build a relationship that extends beyond matchdays, exploring opportunities across music, fashion, entertainment, community engagement and football development.
