Ghanaian artist Notse marked the release of his debut EP, “HERE COMES THE SUN,” with an intimate listening session held on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Ka Xoxowo in Accra.
Organized by Notse and Busy Body, the event brought together listeners, creatives, friends, and members of Ghana’s music community for a shared first listen to the new project.
Rather than experiencing the EP individually through headphones or streaming platforms, attendees had the opportunity to hear “HERE COMES THE SUN” from start to finish alongside Notse and others connected to the project.
The session created a relaxed setting for listeners to engage with the music while also allowing them to interact and discuss the project with fellow attendees. For Notse, the gathering forms part of the wider release activities surrounding his debut EP and offers a more communal way of introducing the project to audiences.
Listening sessions have become an important part of how artists create spaces around new music, allowing fans and members of the creative community to experience a project together while connecting with the ideas and people behind it.
“HERE COMES THE SUN” is now available on digital streaming platforms, marking an important release in Notse’s artistic journey. The event was also part of Busy Body’s continued work with artists and creatives through projects and experiences spanning music, art, fashion and culture.
With the Accra listening session bringing together different parts of the creative community, Notse’s debut EP now moves into its next phase as “HERE COMES THE SUN” reaches listeners beyond the room and onto streaming platforms.
