Ghanaian-Filipino alt-pop artist Anabel Rose is set to host her first headline concert, “In the Garden: An Anabel Rose Live Experience,” on November 7, 2026, at NAFTI Studio III in Accra. The show will begin at 7:00 PM, marking a major milestone for the singer-songwriter following a busy period of international performances and European showcases.
The upcoming concert represents a new chapter in Anabel Rose’s solo journey, bringing her growing catalogue to the forefront in a live setting. As a member of Accra-based creative collective 99PHACES, she has been carving out a distinct space within West Africa’s alternative music scene, drawing on R&B, alt-pop, highlife and bossa nova to shape her sound.
“In the Garden” will give fans an opportunity to experience her music beyond streaming platforms, with a live performance spanning material from her debut EP, Something About A Rose, and her sophomore project, How Do The Flowers Bloom?. The show will also feature recent collaborative works, offering a broader look at her creative development.
The announcement follows Anabel Rose’s recent run of performances across Europe, including appearances at Pop-Kultur Berlin and Reeperbahn Festival, as well as an intimate listening session in Amsterdam. These international engagements have brought her music to audiences beyond Ghana, making the upcoming Accra concert a timely opportunity to reconnect with listeners at home.
Her blend of alternative pop and African musical influences has helped shape an artistic identity that moves comfortably between different sounds and moods. With her projects exploring her evolving musical direction, the headline show offers a chance to bring those influences together in one performance.
For Anabel Rose, the maiden concert is more than another live appearance. It places her own catalogue at the centre of the experience and gives audiences an opportunity to engage with her music in an intimate setting. It also marks a significant step forward for an artist continuing to build her presence within Ghana’s alternative scene while expanding her reach internationally.
