AO Holdings earns two prestigious Microsoft Partner of the Year awards, recognising its leadership in AI-powered enterprise resource planning (ERP) business solutions, cloud infrastructure management and digital transformation value-added services across the region.

The company has been recognised with two of Microsoft’s highest regional partner honours, reinforcing its position as one of West Africa’s leading providers of Microsoft-powered digital transformation solutions.

The Ghana-based technology company was named Microsoft AI Business Solutions Partner of the Year 2025 for West Africa and Azure Partner of the Year 2025 for West Africa, recognising its excellence in helping organisations leverage artificial intelligence (AI), ERP solutions, cloud technologies and intelligent business applications to drive business growth and sustainability. The award ceremony was held in South Africa in March 2026, and AO Holdings’ trophies were presented to its management and staff in Accra on 24th July 2026 by Denzil Moorcroft, Sales Director, Microsoft Channel Partners.

The awards reflect AO Holdings’ continued investment in enabling organisations to modernise their operations through solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP), Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure Cloud Computing and Infrastructure, Security and Cyber Protection, Microsoft Power Platform, Business Intelligence, and AI-powered business applications. Over the past year, the company has worked with organisations across different sectors to streamline operations, improve decision-making and accelerate digital adoption, helping businesses become more agile in an increasingly competitive marketplace.

Speaking on the significance of the achievement, Mr. Kofi Ako Owiredu, Executive President and Principal Consultant of AO Holdings, described the awards as a reflection of the company’s commitment to delivering meaningful business outcomes through technology.

“Receiving these two Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards is both an honour and a responsibility. It is a testament to the dedication of our team, the trust our clients place in us, and the strength of our partnership with Microsoft.”

He added, “At AO Holdings, our goal has always been simple: supporting our clients to achieve more. These awards reaffirm that commitment as we continue to help organisations across Ghana and beyond unlock the full potential of AI, cloud technologies and modern business applications. We see this recognition not as a destination, but as motivation to continue delivering world-class solutions that create measurable business value.”

The recognition also highlights AO Holdings’ close collaboration with Microsoft in delivering enterprise solutions tailored to the needs of businesses in the African market. Through this partnership, organisations are gaining access to global technologies combined with local customisation and implementation expertise that accelerates digital transformation while addressing region-specific business challenges.

Microsoft’s annual Partner of the Year Awards, powered by the 4Sight Channel Partner Cluster, celebrate organisations that demonstrate outstanding innovation, technical excellence and customer impact within the Microsoft ecosystem. Winners are recognised for delivering transformative solutions that enable customers to improve productivity, optimise operations and embrace emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.

For AO Holdings, the latest accolades represent another significant milestone in its mission of supporting entities in Ghana and beyond to achieve more. The company continues to expand its industry-specific digital transformation solutions for manufacturing, financial services, retail and distribution, construction and real estate, mining, energy, oil and gas, healthcare, education, public service, media, hospitality, agri-business, non-profit organisations, and professional services.

The awards come at a time when businesses across Africa are accelerating investments in AI, cloud computing and digital transformation to remain competitive in an increasingly technology-driven economy. As demand for intelligent business solutions continues to grow, AO Holdings remains focused on helping organisations harness innovation to improve performance, unlock growth and build resilient enterprises.
