Tofamba

Rising Ghanaian singer and rapper Tofamba has released her brand-new single “Anadwo,” marking another milestone in her blossoming career. Born Victoria Tafamba on March 7, 2004, in Kpandai in the Northern Region of Ghana, Tofamba’s artistry reflects her roots, versatility, and determination to carve her own space in the music scene.

Her stage name, Tofamba, meaning “Special” or “Worthy” in Basare, a language of the people of Kpandai, perfectly encapsulates the spirit she brings to her music. Growing up, she relocated with her family to Haatso in Accra, where she spent her formative years and began discovering music as her most powerful form of self-expression.

With a sound that flows across hip hop, rap, hiplife, Afrobeats, and dancehall, Tofamba represents the dynamic energy of Ghana’s new wave of artists. “Anadwo” embodies this versatility, pairing her vocal and rap talents with a fresh, modern production that resonates with a youthful but wide-reaching audience.

For Tofamba, music has always been more than a passion—it’s her language, her therapy, and her way of sharing her truth with the world. With “Anadwo,” she takes a confident step forward, introducing listeners to a sound that is both authentic and full of promise
