Afro House producer and artist Palm Monkey has released a brand-new four-track EP titled “ON MY MIND,” marking a fresh creative direction that leans deeper into classic Afrobeat influences while expanding his evolving sonic identity.
Known for standout Afro House releases such as “AWGAZI” and “DON’T KILL MY VIBE,” Palm Monkey takes a stylistic shift on this project, blending traditional Afrobeat rhythms with smooth melodies, warm instrumentation, and infectious grooves. The result is a vibrant collection that highlights both his versatility and his growing connection to African-rooted soundscapes.
“ON MY MIND” showcases a more organic approach to production, built on syncopated percussion, melodic layering, and rhythmic textures that reflect the richness of Afrobeat while still carrying elements of his signature Afro House foundation.
