Martin Ayala EL ABUELOCO returns with his new reggaeton release “Adicto”, a smooth yet emotionally charged single that leans into themes of desire, attraction, and emotional dependency.
Built on a classic reggaeton foundation, “Adicto” blends hypnotic percussion, steady dembow rhythm, and melodic vocal phrasing to create a sound that feels both intimate and club-ready. The production keeps things sleek and minimal, allowing the vocal performance to sit at the center of the record while still delivering enough bounce for the dancefloor.
Lyrically, the track explores the pull of a relationship that feels hard to escape — a connection that becomes addictive in both emotional and physical ways. EL ABUELOCO delivers the concept with a direct, expressive style that matches the genre’s storytelling tradition, balancing vulnerability with confident delivery.
With “Adicto”, Martin Ayala EL ABUELOCO continues to refine his presence in the reggaeton space, offering a record that speaks to both late-night playlists and high-energy party settings.
